Baptism: Parents and/or godparents need to make an appointment with the Pastoral Assistant to schedule a preparation class.

• Copies of the Certificates of Baptism of the parent(s) and godparent(s) are required. They must be most recent, updated copies provided by the Parish where they were baptized.
• Godparent(s) must be at least 16 years old, practicing Catholics in good standing with the Church, and they have completed their Sacraments of Initiation,

First Communion and Confirmation: One full year of Religious Education formation is required prior to the actual year of Sacramental Preparation class. This is the general requirement by the Diocese of Fort Worth.

Matrimony: Arrangements need to be made with the Priest at least nine to twelve months in advance. No wedding date should be set until the initial conversation and meeting.

• The current Marriage Preparation includes the completion of (1) the Fully Engaged (premarital inventory and Sponsor Couple) program, (2) Pre-Cana (theological foundation for the Sacrament) class, and (3) Natural Family Planning (onsite or online) course.
