Where can we put it?
What the Church’s agreement with the city on the property around the Parish Hall?
Bob Brady suggested we put it next to the scout’s container.
Margie Poole will look at prices to rent and shipping costs.
Will check with Keith at Sign-on and the Janelle with the City regarding other storage spaces.
Vacation Bible School
Discussion on where to hold it since the Parish Hall won’t be available yet. Committee discussed doing a modified version at the Knights of Columbus Hall. We agreed we don’t want to lose the momentum from last year.
Need someone to chair VBS and coordinate with Dave Poole.
Mary Brady was asked. She said she would, but couldn’t do it by herself.
Discussion tabled for now.
Amy Martinez volunteered to be the Hospitality Liaison. She will do follow-up phone calls and cards when parish members have important transition times in their lives (i.e. weddings, deaths, births, etc.).
Grace Ministries Canned Food Drive will be from April 22 thru May 7. The Knights will also be collecting food during their fish fry nights.
Next year is a focus on service. Fr. Khoi would like someone to help coordinate service projects quarterly. Elizabeth Casteen volunteered. First fiscal quarter will begin July 2017. Susan Tugman also said she’d help.
