Please read the important safety practices and protocols for our three parishes when we come together for the Holy Sacrifice of Mass. We ask for your cooperation and awareness to keep our three parishes and fellow parishioners safe from the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

• If you are seriously ill and not well, you can join us virtually through the livestream of the Mass.
• Our pews will be properly sanitized before and after each Mass. Each pew will be marked and spaced apart for social distancing. Family members can sit together, but individuals MUST maintain the 3-foot social distance rule. Each person is ENCOURAGED (not required) to wear a face-covering or mask when entering the church and throughout the Mass. Our Wichita County has reached the 75% threshold for having had COVID-19 and/or received 1 or 2 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine.
  • Please be mindful that absolutely NO holding hands at the “Our Father” prayer. The Sign of Peace is suspended.
  • At communion time, the ushers will slowly direct each pew to receive the Body of Christ so please be patient and follow proper instructions.
  • Please receive the Eucharist on your hands if possible, mindful of keeping them clean as the throne of the King of the Universe as well as being aware of the Eucharistic particles that may be left behind.
  • There will be no passing of the basket at the offertory. Instead, there will be a secured box at the back of the church for your stewardship offerings.
  • Please do not rush out of the church at the end of Mass and create unnecessary congestions. Ushers will slowly dismiss the congregation – row by row, from the back up to the front – when Mass is finished, please be patient and follow their instructions.

We ask for your understanding as we put into practice these proper protocols for the safety of all. There will be no congregating in the foyer or inside areas of the church before or after Mass. You can use the outdoor areas, with proper social distancing, if needed.

The Sacrament of Reconciliation can be made by appointment with Father or at our usual scheduled times. Please remain seated and properly distanced from one another until it is your turn. It is offered behind the screen only at this time.

Daily, Saturday 5PM, and Sunday 11AM Masses will continue to be livestreamed for those who are unwell, sick, or have a compromised immune system. The links are available underneath. If you need special assistance, please contact the Parish Office. Thank you for your cooperation.

You can now securely make your online stewardship contribution with Tithe.ly, an electronic giving platform for many churches. This service uses bank-grade encryption to protect your private information, and all your contributions are notified to the Parish Office for proper recording.
 
For those who do not want to use the online giving option, you are still able to make your stewardship contributions via your Bank's BillPay option (which is free to you and covered by your banking institution in many cases) or mail them in using the U.S. Postal Service.

• Some general instructions for those who want to set up the online BillPay feature with their banking institution:
  • Log in to your Online Banking with your username and password.
  • Locate the BillPay service tab.
  • Add/Modify St. Jude Thaddeus, Christ the King, or St. Paul Catholic Church as a payee.

  • Label the memo line or account information as "DONATION" or "BUILDING FUND" – for accurate account recording.
  • Setup the frequency - weekly, twice a month, or monthly.
  • Confirm the starting date and setup.
