I. Fall Festival

• Update from Tina on last minute items in preparation for Fall Festival.
• Fr. Khoi reported everything has been paid for, so all we take in should be profit.
• Baked goods table - will have a sign warning of the possibility of nuts and other allergens.
• Dedication of the Parish Hall will be at 9:30 in the morning. 

 
II.  Building Renovation

• All bills have been paid.
• Loan payment is $1931/mo for 7 years
• $118,862.59 current loan balance
• Will continue to do a second collection the first Sunday of each month.
• If we continue as we are, Fr. Khoi projects the loan to be paid off in about 2 years.

 
III.  Youth

• Attendance is down both at Church and activities.
• Carmen reported on the younger kids and their helping at Grace Ministries.  Her plan is to go back once a month.
• Fr. Khoi again asked Carmen be contacted with ideas to get our youth involved with Church and youth programs.  How can we reach out to them.

 
IV.  Parish Christmas Party

• December 19, after Mass
• Lunch right after Mass

 
V.  Other business

• Help Fr. Khoi brainstorm ideas to get families involved.
• One idea he was given was having a couples night, with Lahoma Vaughn, painting class.
• Advent Mission December 13
• Penance Service December 14
• Next meeting:  December 6 @ 7:00
