Fr. Khoi reported new hiring opportunities for the Parish.
Winona Peoples is planning on resigning at the end of our fiscal year.
We will need to hire a Tri-Parish bookkeeper. They will work 20 hours/week (16 for St. Jude, 2 for Christ the King, and 2 hours for St. Paul). Pay will be between $14-$15 per hour.
It would be preferable for this person to start at the beginning of June so Winona can have time to train them.
The second position will be a part-time secretary/receptionist for St. Jude.
They would work 20 hours per week at $13 per hour.
They would start on July 1.
Fr. Khoi handed out job descriptions for review.
Both positions will be posted in the Bulletins, Facebook page, and our website from April through early May, with the hopes of hiring by the end of May.
Fr. Khoi presented two hiring options:
Leave the process and decision to Fr. Khoi.
Set up an interviewing/hiring committee.
The Council members unanimously voted to let Fr. Khoi takes care of the hiring process.
