2. Completed Projects
   1. Painting of Education Building and Parish Hall
   2. Concrete drainage from Rectory to the corner of Parish Hall and Education Building
3. Planned Projects
   1. Screen the gutters on the back of Parish Hall to help with water getting into the Parish Hall
   2. Install two wall fans in the back of the Church
4. VBS 2020 has been canceled

5. Family Fun Day – Scheduled for June 28, 2020.

6. St Jude Youth programs are suspended until further notice

7. The diocesan tax rate for the physical year 2021 is now 11.53%.

8. There was a discussion on the establishment of a parish endowment.  A deceased parishioner has named St Jude Thaddeus as the beneficiary in their will.  This endowment would be for the maintenance of the parish and would not be subject to diocesan taxes when funds are deposited.  Once the endowment is established information on how to contribute to it will be distributed.
