Discussion Items:
50th Anniversary Books – Fr. Khoi gave an update on sales.
Parish Christmas party will be after Mass, December 16.
Advent Reconciliation Service at St. Jude will be December 20.
Parish participants will deliver meals for Meals on Wheels December 23, after Mass.
Fr. Khoi reviewed the Christmas Mass schedule. Sunday will be a regular Mass, as it’s the last day of Advent.
Times for Christmas Masses at St. Jude will be in the bulletin.
Brainstorming Spring outreach project:
One suggestion is to have a monthly senior get together to play games and socialize.
Another suggestion is to make a request to the Ministerial Alliance proposing a system where all the churches in the Alliance who’d like to participate would take a Saturday rotation for Meals on Wheels delivery.
Another suggestion – have our Parish participate in a meal serving at Faith Mission this spring. Tammy Gerstner will call Faith Mission and ask about dates and duties.
The Lay Ministers’ schedule is blank for Christmas services. It is requested that people sign up for the Mass they will be attending if they wish to participate.
